Documents required for New Admission

1. Birth Certificate
2. Immunization Card
3. Blood Group
4. Address & ID proof (Adhaar card)
5. Passport size photographs 2 each of Father, Mother, Grand Parents & 8 PP Photographs of Student.
6. Transport Application.

Note:

• Kindly submit all the initial documents and photographs with the admission form.
• It is mandatory to pay the Quarterly Fee between 1st to 15th of every quarter.
• A late fee of Rs. 315.00, per day for first 15 days, Rs. 301.00 for next 15 days and Rs. 30.00 till 45 days will be charged after the aforesaid date.
• Students name will be struck-off from the rolls if fee is not paid within the 45 days.
• First quarter fee has to be submitted during time of admission.
